Blades of Dengeki + Katana! By Eisu!

I really dig Katana's design, especially costume designer Kate Hawley's redesign of Katana, as portrayed by Karen Fukuhara, for Suicide Squad. So, I asked the extremely talented  Saiful Remy Mokhtar, a.k.a., Eisu, to draw a team-up pin-up of Katana and my character Dengeki Ryouji, which you now see before you. He did a killer job on the dynamic poses, details, style, and colours! I really like his take on the characters! [I added the Seven Samurai [Tongari Black Italic] Fonted-text by Émilie Rigaud of "A is for...", the Philly Sans fonted-text by Kosal Sen, along with the black sidebars for fun.]

I designed Dengeki Ryouji as an homage to my favourite character ever, Great Mazinger, who was created by Go Nagai The Mecha Master! I, also, included some elements from the X-Men Nightcrawler [my favourite Marvel character ever, who was created by master designer Dave Cockrum] and Colossus [who was also created by The Dave Cockrum], when designing Dengeki. The Eye of Horus, samurai, and knights were also key elements in Dengeki's design.
