Description
Suzanne Helmigh's, a.k.a., Helmighs', amazing and beautiful take on my character Dengeki Ryouji! The pose and style rock! As do the colours, textures AND reflections!I turned it into a comic book cover for fun.
I designed Dengeki Ryouji as an homage to my favourite character ever, Great Mazinger, who was created by Go Nagai The Mecha Master! I, also, included some elements from the X-Men Nightcrawler [my favourite Marvel character ever, who was created by master character designer Dave Cockrum] and Colossus [who was also created by The Dave Cockrum], when designing Dengeki. The Eye of Horus, samurai, and knights were also key elements in Dengeki's design.
